Use Case

The Trendsetters Fair brought together a unique mix of people and brands for the second year in a row, creating an inspiring networking event. With no fewer than 29 brands and 253 influencers and public figures, it became a vibrant two-day experience full of engagement, connections, and creativity. Throughout the event, brand experience, authentic interactions, and new collaborations were at the forefront. Influencers discovered new products, shared their experiences in real time, and connected with the faces behind the brands. The presence of the press also provided additional visibility.

Outcome

29 brands set out to find—and found—authentic new ambassadors for their online campaigns. In addition, they benefited from significant free publicity: more than 50 posts and over 800 stories were shared on Instagram and TikTok about the event. The event also delivered strong press reach, with multiple articles published in Dag Allemaal and De Krant van West-Vlaanderen, providing extra visibility and credibility for the participating brands. A roaming reporter ensured a constant stream of content, fully tailored to what performs well on social media. By tapping into trends and capturing spontaneous moments, strong content was not only created live but also shared afterwards via our own channels and on television. As a result, the event remained visible and relevant even after it ended. It evolved into a dynamic meeting place where online and offline seamlessly merged, and where genuine connections were formed that continued to live on through social media.
